Driver Who Killed Pittsburg Woman in Hit-and-Run Was on Probation for DUI Arrest: Police

A 65-year-old woman taking a morning walk Tuesday was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver with a suspended license who was on probation for a prior arrest, Pittsburg police said. Elyce Kirchner reports.
