Drunk Driver Causes Big-Rig to Overturn on I-80: CHP

A drunk driver caused a rollover crash involvoing a big-rig early Friday, prompting the closure of lanes on eastbound Interstate 80 in Pinole, the California Highway Patrol said. Pete Suratos reports.
