East Bay Officials Approve 18% Water Rate Hike

More than 1 million East Bay residents were asked Tuesday to fork over more money for water. East Bay Municipal Utility District officials on Tuesday unanimously approved an 18 percent rate hike over the next two years. Jodi Hernandez reports.
