East San Jose Neighborhood Worries of Arsonist Setting Fires

An East San Jose neighborhood is worried an arsonist could be targeting the area . Firefighters have responded to at least 10 fires in the past three days. NBC Bay Area’s Chase Cain reports on some similarities in some of those fires.
