Educators Question Proposal to Expand Pre-K

Most teachers, principals and superintendents support the idea of free public education for preschool-aged children. But some educators are raising concerns about the current proposal in Sacramento to expand transitional kindergarten to all four year olds. Jessica Aguirre reports.
