Falling Concrete Shuts Down Richmond-San Rafael Bridge

Large chunks of concrete fell from the upper deck onto the lower deck of the Richmond–San Rafael Bridge Thursday morning, prompting authorities to shut down the entire bridge for hours, according to the California Highway Patrol. Cheryl Hurd reports.
