Family, Friends Mourn Death of 9-Year-Old Stabbing Victim

It is a tragic story of a young life cut short. Nine-year-old Jordan Almgren was stabbed to death. The suspect is a friend of the victim’s older brother. The suspect has been arrested. NBC Bay Area’s Marianne Favro reports from Discovery Bay with more details.
