FBI, Police Raid San Francisco Home

The FBI and police are raiding a San Francisco home with links to Stanislav Petrov, sources confirm to NBC Bay Area. The 29-year-old is an auto-theft suspect who was severely beaten by Alameda County Sheriff’s Office deputies, which triggered an investigation into police use of force. Laura Malpert reports.
