Foster Farms Shuts Down California Plant After Salmonella Outbreak

The US Department of Agriculture on Wednesday suspended operations at Foster Farms’ Livingston, Calif., poultry proccessing plant after finding an infestation of live cockroaches inside the facility, according to the USDA. George Kiriyama reports.
