Four Fatal Shootings, 15 Total, Have Oakland Residents Worried

Four people have died as a result of gunshot wounds and 15 people have been shot in Oakland since Friday. Residents are calling for something to be done — possibly calling for a state of emergency. NBC Bay Area’s Jodi Hernandez reports from Oakland City Hall.
