Four Trapped Dogs Rescued from Sinking Car in Solano County

A Solano County Animal Control officer rescued four dogs from a vehicle that drove into the water off state Highway 37 near Skaggs Island Thursday night, the Solano County Sheriff’s Office said. Elyce Kirchner reports.
