Fremont Christian School to Build Garden, Plaque for Weihan “David” Wang

Fremont Christian School Supt. Tricia Meyer said the school will plant a garden and create a plaque for graduate Weihan “David” Wang who was stabbed to death by Elliott Rodger on May 23 during the Isla Vista rampage. Christie Smith reports.
