Fremont Residents Attend Public Forum on Homeless Center

Three distinct groups of people attended the Harbor Light Church in Fremont Wednesday night to discuss two proposed sites for a homeless navigation center in Fremont. Those wearing blue oppose the Decoto Road site, those wearing red oppose the downtown site and those wearing white support a site anywhere in the city.
