Girl's Family Sues Uber for Wrongful Death

The family of a 6-year-old girl who was allegedly run down by an Uber X driver in San Francisco on New Year’s Eve sued the ride-sharing company on Monday, in the first wrongful death suit against the company since its inception. Jean Elle reports.
