Governor Signs DUI Ignition Interlock Bill Into Law

Drunk driving offenders in California will be required to install an ignition interlock on their vehicles that connects to a breathalyzer under a new law signed by Gov. Jerry Brown on Wednesday. Terry McSweeney reports.
