Gunman on Hospital Roof ‘Neutralized': SFPD

Police said that the man was carrying a large rifle of some kind. NBC Bay Area’s chopper flew over the area and saw police throwing flash bangs on the roof of a building under construction in what appeared to be a standoff. Terry McSweeney reports.
