High Fire Danger in Santa Rosa on Tubbs Fire Anniversary

On the two-year anniversary of the Tubbs fire that ripped through Santa Rosa, the town is once again facing high fire danger, along with planned power shutoffs from PG&E. Officials ask the public not to call 911 with questions and to only call in the case of an emergency. Jean Elle reports.
