Hiker Fatally Shot at Oakland Hills Park Identified

A man who was fatally shot at a park in the Oakland hills on Tuesday afternoon has been identified as David Ruenzel of Oakland, East Bay Regional Park District police said Wednesday. Cheryl Hurd reports
