Family of Woman Who Owns Oakland Warehouse Sends Condolences

The daughter and son-in-law of warehouse owner Chor Ng sent condolences Saturday night to people who lost loved ones in the deadly fire. Property records uncovered by the Investigative Unit show Ng is linked to more than a dozen other properties in the Bay Area, some with complaints and violations.
