Homes Flood in San Francisco's Bayview District After Water Main Breaks

About half a dozen homeowners in San Francisco’s Bayview District woke up Friday morning to flooding in their basements and streets after a 12-inch water main broke for unknown reason, although the pipe stems back to the 1950s. Stephanie Chuang reports.
