Hundreds of Thousands Attend Chinese New Year Parade

Hundreds of thousands of people gathered in downtown San Francisco for the annual Chinese New Year’s parade. Traffic is always bad during the parade, but Saturday was even worse after Muni had to shut down one of its main stations. NBC Bay Area’s Monte Francis reports from San Francisco.
