ICE: Pier 14 Shooting Suspect Should Have Been Deported

San Francisco police arrested Francisco Sanchez back in March for an outstanding drug warrant, Immigration and Customs Enforcement told NBC Bay Area, but then he was set free even though he was supposed to be turned over to immigration officials who wanted to deport him back to Mexico.
