Inspectors Return to Millennium Tower After Window Crack

City inspectors who had previously deemed San Francisco’s Millennium Tower safe were back inside the building this week to check on a cracked window. They may have inspected the wrong side of the sinking and tilting tower, NBC Bay Area has learned. Investigative reporter Jaxon Van Derbeken reports.
