Japanese Discover Ingredient to Keep Ice Cream Melting

Japanese scientists discover ingredient to keep ice cream from melting in the heat. There are reports that scientists have figured out a way to sotp ice cream from melting for several hurs. It was done by accident. A chef was asked to create a dessert using a specific liquid produced by strawberries. It was to help strawberry farmers whose crops were damaged in 2011 Earthquake and Tsunami. The chef put the liquid in ice-cream and its instantly solidified. This is video of an ice-cream that lasted for five hours at room temperature.
