Judge Reconsiders Decision to Release Condo Attack Suspect

The San Francisco judge whose decision to release the suspect in a recent attack at an Embarcadero condo complex has reconsidered and is now ordering the suspect to wear an ankle monitor. She said the video evidence was not presented to her at the initial hearing. The district attorney’s office said that presenting video at such hearings is uncommon. Sergio Quintana reports.
