Later School Start Times OK'd in Novato

Students in a North Bay city will get a little extra sleep starting next year. The board of directors in Novato has approved later start times at all its schools. The first bell will ring at 8 a.m. at high schools, 8:20 a.m. at middle schools and 8:40 a.m. at elementary schools..
