Lime Recalls Electric Scooters After Breakage Reports

There are concerns that some of the electric scooter that have become so popular in the Bay Area could break in two while you’re riding it. One of the biggest ones, the Lime company, is in the midst of a global recall of a popular model because of just that issue. Robert Handa reports.
