Lost and Found Engagement Ring in Yankee Stadium

An egregious error had fans at Yankee Stadium gasping in disbelief last night, but it had nothing to do with what was going down at the diamond plate. Instead involved a lost diamond. A fan’s plan to pop the question to his girlfriend during the Red Sox-Yankees game in the Bronx on Wednesday night, hit a snag as the prospective groom dropped the engagement ring in the process of asking his girlfriend. Thankfully, fellow spectators lend a hand and helped track down the missing jewelry. He got his ring back, got a re-do, and most importantly, got a yes from his bride-to-be. The happy couple went on to watch the Yankees beating the visiting Red Sox six-to-four.
