Male Model Accuses San Jose Businessman of Sexual Battery

Police say a prospective male model last week met San Jose businessman Roger Francisco to discuss some work. But the victim says Francisco grabbed him inappropriately. Francisco was arrested and is now facing sexual battery charges, prompting investigators to ask any other victims to come forward.
