Man Arrested on Suspicion of Sexual Assault at 99-Cent Store

A 33-year-old man arrested in connection to the sexuall assault of an 8-year-old girl at a 99-cent store is a high-risk sex offender who had recently been released from prison after serving time for a similar offense, according to the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office. Cheryl Hurd reports.
