Man in San Jose Claims Shooting Was in Self Defense

A man neighbors said was a Marine veteran shot and killed a man Thursday night. The man told police the suspect was trying to break into his house, but San Jose police are still investigating the shooting as a possible homicide. Bob Redell reports
