Mike Honda, Ro Khanna Vie For 17th District Congressional Seat

Incumbent Democratic Representative Mike Honda and 2014 Democratic challenger Ro Khanna are at it again. Both are pursuing the Congressional seat in the 17th District, which straddles Santa Clara and alameda counties. November 2016 may seem like a long time from now, but the two candidates are already in the thick of battle. NBC Bay Area political analyst Larry Gerston joins us with some early observations of what looks to be a long, ugly fight.
