Millennium Tower Residents Remove Protective Scaffolding

A showdown at the troubled Millennium Tower on Thursday, where homeowners appeared to openly defy a city order. They removed protective scaffolding over part of the sidewalk, put in place after a window cracked on the 36th floor. Investigative Reporter Jaxon Van Derbeken tells us what the city issued a violation notice after we alerted officials that the protective scaffolding was being taken down.
