Monkey Takes a Ride on Goats Back

A baby monkey, who appeared in a private farm in southern China, rode on the back of a black goat for several days. State broadcaster CCTV showed footage of the monkey riding on a goat’s back, reporting that the farm owner said it seemed the monkey felt more secure that way. The owner also said that he saw the monkey riding on different goats. The little monkey weighs about seven pounds and showed up at the goat farm last week on Saturday. Local wildlife protection authorities said they would send the monkey to the city’s zoo first and then release it to the wild later.
