More Power Shutoffs Expected in Bay Area

Here we go again. Hundreds of thousands of Californians could be in the dark Wednesday. PG&E says high fire danger and gusting winds may force the utility to cut the power in parts of 22 counties, including Napa, Sonoma, Marin, Contra Costa, Solano and Alameda. Mark Matthews reports.
