Morgan Hill Residents See Drastic Water Restrictions

State water leaders rolled out restrictions Saturday. Everyone is being told to conserve, but how much depends on where you live. San Francisco is being asked to cut back by 8 percent. Other cities–a whopping 36 percent. NBC Bay Area’s Marianne Favro reports from Morgan Hill, where residents are seeing some of the most drastic cuts.
