Motorcyclist Feels Terrible After Cable Car Operator Dies of Injuries in Suspected DUI

The attorney for a motorcyclist William Makepeace, charged with stricking a cable car operator in June, said his client feels terrible about what happened. The cable car operator has since died from the injuries, and now charges could be amended. Stephanie Chuang reports.
