Much Needed Rain Pelts Bay Area

It’s been a long time – way too long – but the rain started coming down in earnest on Thursday, pelting the Bay Area highways and even closing a South Bay offramp for a while because of a clogged storm drain. Anthony Slaughter and Christie Smith report
