Neon Display Proposed for Bill Graham Civic Auditorium

A proposed public art project would involve setting up huge neon lights along the sides of the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. Those lights would spell out “civic.” It would be funded by the city’s public art trust and public comments are being accepted through April 10.
