New Jersey Dad Jumps in Garbage Pile to Find Phone

Finding a needle in a haystack is an easy task compared to the lengths one New Jersey dad went to find his son’s lost cellphone. Craig Roncase suited up and dug through a mountain of garbage. Craig’s son Ethan accidentally threw the cell phone away at his school last week. They used an app to track the phone all the way to a waste and energy facility in Camden. That’s where they were able to track down the phone in the pile of trash, which was roughly 50 feet high. Officials with the waste facility said they do a handful of searches each year. This time the Roncase family said a little patience went a long way.
