NTSB Probes Asiana Crash, Viewing Held in Burgliname

The Asiana Airlines captain who crashed a Boeing 777 at San Francisco International Airport in July told investigators he was stressed out and “very concerned” about attempting a visual approach because the runway’s automatic warning systems were out of service due to construction. This is just one of the facts laid out at a daylong NTSB hearing in Washington, D.C. about the July Asiana crash. A viewing was also held in Burlingame, near SFO.
