Oakland Officials Declare Local State of Emergency Due to Deadly Warehouse Fire

Oakland officials on Tuesday declared a local state of emergency due to a deadly warehouse fire. The City Council is scheduled to ratify the state of emergency on Thursday, which will begin the process for state and federal aid. Cheryl Hurd reports
