Oakland: Seven Murders in Seven Days

Oakland Police Chief Howard Jordan says he is working on ways to do more with less. He says the plan is to restructure his department by moving his investigative and gang taskforce units into the field. He is also looking at ways to redeploy problem solving officers into the violent neighborhoods.
