Obama Announces Harsh Sanctions on Russian Officials

On Monday, President Obama held a news conference to announce harsh, new sanctions on Russian officials. And he will personally fly to Europe in the coming days to work toward a peaceful resolution. NBC Bay Area’s Chase Cain reports on the United States’s stance on Crimea.
