Officials Release “Disturbing” Video of LSD-Fueled Rampage

Sonoma County sheriff’s officials have released a video of an officer-involved shooting of a man who allegedly injured eight people July 4 after taking LSD. Sonoma County Sheriff Mark Essick warned viewers that the video is “disturbing”.
