Oroville Dam Spillway in Danger of Collapse, Evacuations Ordered

Tens of thousands of people were ordered to evacuate low levels of Oroville, California, and several areas downstream from Lake Oroville on Sunday because of erosion on the Oroville Dam’s auxiliary spillway. Christie Smith reports.
