Pacifier Clip Recalled

A choking hazard has prompted Toys-R-Us to recall about 53-thousand pacifier clips. The recall involves “Babies-R-Us pacifier clips” sold in an assortment of six colors and character designs. The clip’s spring mechanism can break and release small parts, posing a choking hazard. There have been two reports of the clips breaking… but no injuries. They were sold from February 2015 to April 2016. You can return them to either Toys-R-Us or Babies-R-Us for a refund.
