Peninsula Inmates Help Dogs Get Ready for Forever Homes

The Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA (PHS/SPCA) and San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office have been in close cooperation to pair dogs that need extra care and attention before adoption with inmates who act as full-time handlers for the dogs.
