PG&E, Caltrans and First Responders Working to Ensure Safety

PG&E and Caltrans are working together to keep Caldecott and Tom Lantos Tunnels open. First responders are beefing up staff in anticipation of the planned outages and are asking people to only call 911 in emergencies. BART will remain open. Cheryl Hurd reports.
