Pier 14 Fatal Shooting Suspect Arrested

The man suspected of fatally shooting a 33-year-old woman on Pier 14 next to the San Francisco Ferry Building in broad daylight on Wednesday has been arrested, police announced Thursday. Cheryl Hurd and Christie Smith report.
